From Concept to Site: Our Five-Step Process

Every project follows the same core sequence, adapted to the scale and type of space we are delivering.

1. Brief & Site Visit: We measure the space, agree the scope and answer the questions worth answering first.
2. Design & Material Selection: Drawings, details and material samples are agreed with you before any work begins.
3. RAJUK Approval (where applicable): Where the project needs it, drawings are prepared and submitted for RAJUK approval, revisions included.
4. Execution & Quality Control: Trained professional and technical staff install to the agreed detail, with quality checked at every stage.
5. Handover: Final inspection, finishing and handover of the completed space.
